DOC BRANCH'S FALL 2006 INTROS

These plants represent some of Doc Branch’s final hybridizing efforts to his LUNAR and SMUGGLER series. Doc was the winner of the 2005 AHS Bertrand Farr Silver Medal for daylily hybridizing. Now in his late 90’s, Doc has retired from hybridizing. He has transferred all his seedlings and stock on to me to carry his lineage and decades of hybridizing dedication and excellence forward into the future. I feel blessed and honored to have known Doc and Edna, to have been chosen to introduce their daylilies for them and given the opportunity to build upon their hard work.
